Hemingway’s Brewery is a local, independent craft brewery operating in Far North Queensland that produces outstanding craft beers. We have two waterfront brewpubs in Port Douglas and Cairns that showcase local provenance in vibrant settings.

Wolf Lane Distillery is perched up north in Cairns, Far North Queensland. This region is known for its laidback lifestyle, warm sunny weather and close proximity to the Great Barrier Reef and the ancient rainforest.

Luke Lambert Wines
We are a family run winery located in the Yarra Valley in Victoria, Australia. We source fruit from two vineyards in the Yarra Valley, Denton View Hill and Tibooburra Estate. Denton is located near Yarra Glen in the northern part of the Yarra Valley and Tibooburra is in Yellingbo in the south. All wines are single vineyard, handpicked, wild yeast fermented and bottled without fining or filtration. We use large French and Slavonian oak foudre for maturation of all wines.
Salt Water Restaurant
Salt Water is like no other restaurant with its openness creating a natural extension of the beautiful surrounds of Lizard Island.
Simple and relaxed, the idyllic setting allows you to take full advantage of the 180-degree ocean views whilst enjoying the stunning food inspired by the freshest local produce from the waters around the island and from the hinterland of the mainland, much of which arrives on daily flights.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner is served at Salt Water with menus changing daily.
Driftwood Bar & Wine Cellar
In the evening, enjoy pre-dinner drinks at Driftwood Bar where you’ll get the chance to reconnect with others you may have met throughout the day, or simply enjoy a drink and watch the sunset.
Lizard Island’s wine and beverage list is inclusive in your stay, however - if you wish to select from the Cellar or Cocktail list, there will be an additional charge.
The Lizard Island private Cellar Master List provides guests with an additional option when dining, with selections of rare vintages curated from world leading vineyards.
Degustation Beachside Dining
Two private gazebos are perfectly positioned on the shore of Anchor Bay, commanding spectacular views of the nightly sunsets.
Here in this private setting, you will enjoy a 7-course degustation dinner with perfectly matched wines. Our Executive Chef will meet with you personally to design a menu to suit your occasion and tastes.

Private Beach Excursions
Select your own refreshments pack the night before your planned excursion and the following day, take a private dinghy and motor to a beach of your choice - or have one of our Marine team drop you off and return later to collect you.
The true luxury of this signature Lizard Island experience is that with a selection of beaches to choose from, you will likely have the beach to yourselves.
Private beach excursions are included in your Lizard Island stay. Reservations can be made at the resort 24 hours prior.
We invite you to stroll down the boardwalk and enjoy a casual evening at The Marlin Bar. With wonderful cocktails, beverages, light casual meals and friendly service on offer, join us to take in a magnificent sunset or simply unwind in this unique setting.
The Marlin Bar is the only public bar on the island and has welcomed many seafaring visitors, off-duty staff and Island guests since 1975. Open on Tuesdays and Fridays from 5pm and into the evening with a weekly changing menu.
Openings times may vary based on events and the Marlin Season.
The Farmer Meets the Winemaker
An experiential series showcasing the unique crafts of Lizard Island’s culinary partners.
Each quarter, we will connect a produce supplier with a winemaker on Lizard Island over two days of culinary exploration. Our purpose is to evoke a deeper relationship with our suppliers, providing an avenue to share their talents with our team and Lizard Island guests.
Using our unique location as the inspiration, we will create a special menu that compliments the crafts of both the farmer and the winemaker. This menu will be featured one night a week for the forthcoming quarter.
