At the time of booking please notify the spa if you have any medical conditions so we can advise the best treatment for you.
If you cannot make your appointment or you need to re-schedule, we require a minimum of 12 hours advance notice. We regret that 100% charge of total services will be charged if notice is not given.
We recommend that you arrive fifteen minutes prior to your appointment. This allows time for you to complete your consultation form, meet your therapist and be ready for your spa experience.
Arriving late will unfortunately limit the time of your treatment. Plan your special time out and ensure you arrive on time to experience the complete benefits and pleasure of pampering.

Please wear whatever clothes are comfortable for you to the spa. During treatments our therapists are trained to drape you appropriately for privacy. Disposable underwear is available and there are fully equipped change rooms in the spa for you to use during your visit.
