  • The Silver Gull can be identified by a light grey back and black-tipped wings with a white head, tail, and underparts. The beak, legs and eye-ring are bright orange-red
  • It is a successful scavenger, therefore it consumes a wide range of food, from birds and fish to insects and crustaceans. It is often found stealing from unsupervised food bins
