In-Room Comforts

Air conditioning

For your comfort, your room is air conditioned and has a ceiling fan. Controls for the air conditioning unit are located below the light switch. To avoid condensation, please maintain the air conditioning unit at 24-25 degrees celsius and ensure that all doors and windows are closed at all times when the unit is operating.

Bathrobes & beach towels

Bathrobes and beach towels are provided in your room. Only beach towels may be purchased from the Boutique should you wish to take one home with you. Should you require more beach towels, these are also available at the Marine and Dive Centre located at the West end of the main beach. If you are travelling to other beaches or on a boating day trip, there are towels available at the Marine and Dive centre.

Coffee & tea making

Your personal Nespresso coffee making machine is available for that relaxing brew. There is a fine selection of coffee blend pods available and these will be refreshed daily. Milk is provided in your refrigerator. There is also a wide selection of quality teas. If you would prefer any alternative selections, please contact reception. (Dial 9)

Hairdryer

A hairdryer is available in each room and located in the bathroom.

Housekeeping

Your room will be serviced daily, from 9.00am. Should you have a particular time that you prefer your room to be serviced, please contact reception. (Dial 9) To help us conserve water, please hang any towels you wish to re-use on the towel rack.

Ice

Please contact reception if you would like ice delivered to your room. (Dial 9)

Ironing facilities

An iron and ironing board is provided in your room.

Laundry service

For collection please contact reception by 10.00am for same day service. Place laundry in the laundry basket, together with completed docket. Collection after 10.00am will be returned the next day. Due to our remote location, dry cleaning services are not available.

Mini Bar

The mini bar refrigerator in your room is fully stocked with a selection of beverages and snacks for your enjoyment.

Privacy

A ‘Privacy Sign’ is located outside the entrance to your room. Staff will not enter your room while the ‘Privacy’ is displayed. If you would like your room serviced, please ensure you remove the ‘Privacy’ when you leave your room.

Pillows

Pillows In Room

In the interest of your complete rest, two king size and two standard size hypoallergenic microfibre soft pillows in medium height are provided in your room. However, should you require something more suited to your personal taste, please feel free to make a selection from our special pillow menu and contact reception between 7.00am and 6.30pm to order. Beautifully finished with a soft cotton cover, treated with a natural anti-dust mite repellent. Best suited to children and tummy sleepers.

Ultraloft Soft Microfibre Pillow

This pillow was designed for irresistible comfort and tranquillity. Premium microfibre fill emulates the light, fluffy air-trapping properties of duck and goose down. The naturally healthy cotton cover ensures the satisfaction of a good night's sleep.

Chipped Memory Foam Body Pillow

The ultimate in comfort and support, our Laboratory of Sleep Body Buddy Pillow features chipped memory foam fill that moulds to the contours of your body.

Chipped Memory Foam Comfort Pillow

Chipped memory foam fill, with a bamboo sleeping surface and polyester base cover. Relieves pressure and provides maximum support. Designed for sitting up in bed. Perfect for reading or watching TV.

Breeze Air Therapeutic Latex Support Pillow

Non-allergenic filling, ideal for asthma and allergy sufferers. Provides extra support & comfort. The pin holes allow air flow through the pillow which helps regulate heat.

Breeze Air Therapeutic Contoured Memory Foam Pillow

Non-allergenic filling, ideal for asthma and allergy sufferers. The contoured shape provides extra comfort & extra support. The slow release memory foam is designed to mould to the shape of your head.

Deluxe Feather & Down

Filled a luxurious blend of white goose down and feathers (50% down 50% feather). 100% cotton cover. It is a standard pillow and offers medium support.

Low Profile Pillow

With your head in the contour and your neck positioned on the raised edge, you are provided with the best support and ideal posture for correct spinal alignment.

Power

We generate our own power which is 240v. International appliance adaptors may be borrowed from reception. Please check the voltage compatibility of your appliance prior to use as we cannot accept responsibility for any damage caused to your appliances.

Room service

As our guest rooms are located some distance from our kitchen, delivery of any cooked and, or, cold prepared meals is not available in your room without prior arrangement. Morning or afternoon refreshments pack for private beach outings are available daily and should to be ordered at least 12 hours prior to avoid any disappointment.

Security door system

Your room is equipped with a security key system and we ask that you carry your security card with you at all times. Should you require a new card, please contact reception.

Smoking

In the interest of safety and comfort of our guests and government legislation, smoking is restricted to designated areas. Please ensure all cigarette and cigar butts are disposed of properly for the protection of wildlife.

Sound system

A sound system with Bluetooth connectivity is provided in your room for your listening pleasure. We request that the use of this device is kept within your room and please keep the volume to a reasonable level for the comfort of other guests.

Valuables

All rooms are equipped with safes for the protection of your valuables. Should you require assistance with the operation and, or, you have accidentally forgotten your code, please contact reception for assistance.

Water consumption

It is important for you to keep hydrated. The resort has a natural source of spring water and it is entirely safe to drink from the taps in your room and around the island.
Chilled refill stations are available at the bar.
